Delete a Client Note

Not all users have permission to delete a client note. If you believe a note needs to be deleted but you are unable to do so, please contact your supervisor.

Step 1 – Access the Activities Page

  1. From the left sidebar, click on Client Notes.
  2. You will see a list of existing Client Notes with details such as title, date, client, and worker.

Step 2 – Delete the Activity

  1. On the right-hand side, select the red “Delete button”.
  2. A confirmation message will appear asking you to verify the deletion. Select OK to permanently remove the note.
